Matt Ferrari is a skilled technology veteran with more than a decade of success delivering managed hosting and secure cloud-based computing to companies around the world. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he is responsible for the strategy and execution of ClearDATA’s healthcare technology platform and services. In this role, he oversees Engineering, Product Management, and back-office systems.
Matt’s HIPAA and HITECH expertise, combined with his extensive understanding of Cloud Storage and Disaster Recovery, make him uniquely qualified to build healthcare storage environments for organizations that require a high degree of scalability, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to ClearDATA, Matt was the Chief Technology Officer at HOSTING.COM. He architected and built the company’s fast-growing line of managed cloud products and services at HOSTING.COM for over a decade, focusing largely on driving automation and cloud product innovation.

Chief Experience Officer - Synzi
Mark is charged with managing the overall client interaction and performance of Synzi’s technology, platform, and solutions. Mark works across Engineering, IT, Marketing and Sales to ensure market and client requirements are incorporated into the product roadmap. He has over 20 years of experience spanning solution strategy, software development, and professional services.
Mark was previously with Stratus Video Telehealth as the Vice President of Product Innovation. He also led CareCloud’s Professional Services organization establishing support for enterprise clients by enhancing services capabilities and aligning product and operations teams with client requirements.
Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a Master’s degree in Theology Studies from Regent College. He is an avid music fan and in his free time enjoys record collecting as well as vacationing in Vermont with his family.
