ClearDATA Appoints Reed Taussig to Board of Directors

Reed Taussig brings product development leadership, operating insights and financial strategy experience as the newest member of ClearDATA’s board.

AUSTIN, Texas (Aug. 13, 2019) — ClearDATA®, the leader in healthcare public cloud security and compliance, today announced the appointment of Reed Taussig, former President and CEO of ThreatMetrix Inc., to its board of directors. In this role, Taussig will guide the company toward a long-term trajectory addressing healthcare multi-cloud needs in the marketplace in a way that fosters innovation and delivers better patient outcomes.

Taussig brings more than 30 years of experience scaling and leading companies from inception to IPO, including his time as President and CEO of Callidus Software. Previously, Taussig served as president and CEO of ThreatMetrix where he established the company as a leader in digital identities to provide identity authentication and fraud prevention. From guiding the company through its first product introduction through the completion of an $830M acquisition in 2018 by LexisNexis, Taussig will bring his product development leadership, operating insights and financial strategy experience to ClearDATA’s board. Currently, he also sits on the Board of Directors for Arkose Labs.
