Inc. Magazine Places ClearDATA in the Top Third of its Annual List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies
AUSTIN, Texas (Aug. 12, 2020) -- ClearDATA®, the leader in healthcare public cloud security, compliance and privacy, today announced it ranked No. 1,724 on Inc. Magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This is the first time ClearDATA has been recognized on Inc. 5000 and is the culmination of the company’s thought leadership in healthcare cloud, security, compliance and privacy, providing a robust SaaS platform and service solution to eliminate the burden of modernizing and protecting healthcare IT for payers, providers, life sciences and health tech organizations.
“In recent years, we have further implemented an automation-first philosophy across our organization, developing solutions that accelerate clients’ time-to-market and safeguard sensitive patient data by detecting and remediating security and compliance deviations,” said Darin Brannan, Chief Executive Officer at ClearDATA. “It's rewarding to be recognized by Inc. for our efforts to de-risk healthcare’s adoption of the cloud by providing a platform where industry can securely transmit, store, share and scale-up patient data.”
The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism.”
Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500 percent and a median rate of 165 percent.
