They aimed to give members direct access to their information to improve engagement. Building an interactive member portal required migrating out of the data center and deploying infrastructure in the cloud. Horizon needed to ensure that sensitive data in the cloud was protected at all times. ClearDATA supports Horizon on Amazon Web Services (AWS) by providing a DevOps automated healthcare platform of solutions and services that helps safeguard PHI as it flows through the member portal system. As a result, Horizon has gained better data-driven insights from cloud technologies that allow them to engage more effectively with their members.
